I picked this up earlier this year for a restoration project, but Ive gotten busy, and dont see me getting around to it.
its a 1 owner matching number bike, I got it from the family of the owner. he bought it new in 64, and rode it until 79 when he bought a new triumph. this one then just sat in his garage.
looks to be all original, with some period TriCor accessories and chrome added.
one spark plug is broken, and the motor doesnt turn, whether from the end of the plug being in the cylinder, or the rings being stuck, I dont know. I havent had time to do anything to it.
its been stored indoors since 1979. comes with owners manual and some of the owners notes.
this is a great resto project, or as someone else found out, the original paint is still under the green (you can see where it was wet sanded on the tank, I didnt do that) so it could possibly be brought back to original paint.
inside of tank is clean, and no dents.
