This 500cc sat in a garage for about 25 years. Five years ago we bought the roller, complete with Matching Numbers and a Clean Title.
When it’s turn came up we dissembled the complete bike. Powdered coated the Black Parts and Painted the Original Colors from Don Hutchinson Triumph. Engine Cases split and total lower end rebuilt. Cylinders bored to.040 with New Pistons and Rings. Black Diamond Valves with New Valve Guides. Boyer Ignition. Rebuilt Hubs, Stainless Spokes and New Rims with Dunlop Tires. As I said it was Restored to like Showroom Condition and has about 20 break in miles so far. It came with a Daytona Head and I like lots of chrome so we used the twin Amals. Rebuilt Speedo.
This one is ready to enjoy.
