Here is not a run of the mill 2008 Triumph Bonneville .
Modifications to improve the handling and performance have been done.
This bike looks and runs great.
The carbs have been changed to Keihin CR Special’s
Rejetted and sync’d.
New exhaust, tires, lithium battery.
New nology coil and wires.
New handle bars, mirrors.
Custom under seat wiring to fit the new battery.
All electronics moved to under the seat.
New rear brake lines and resevior.
New chain and sprocket guards.
Custom cosmetics include:
New paint, headlight ears, headlight, clutch bracket, master cyl. cover.
New oil gauge, oil cap, Thruxton seat, rear fender eliminated, Ignition relocation bracket.
New turn signals, fork gators, Dart fly screen and fork brace.
New foot pegs, gas cap, steering nut and gear and brake levers upper and lower.
I thought you should know
There was a problem with the petcock. The seal to the tank failed and gas leached
up on to the gas tank and damaged the paint by the petcock. This can be seen in the last picture.
You can’t see it sitting on the bike or standing next to it. You have to bend over and look up to see the damage.
