1974, 850 cc Norton Commando motorcycle (VIN # 308876)
This bike was purchased by myself in 1974. I have been the only owner. It has just over16,000 miles on it. In 1989 and 2006 it received major overhauls and modifications to the ignition and carburation; in1989, electronic ignition was added, and in 2006 the carburetors were changed out for a new Mikuni carburetor. It has been in storage since the 2006. It ran great before being placed in storage but I have not recently started the bike.
I have all the maintenance information/invoices and all the old parts.
Purchaser will have to transport/ship the bike. Mylocation is Fargo, North Dakota.
I have always loved riding this bike and was planning on using it in retirement. However, replacement knees have forced me to reconsider this plan.
