I bought this bike in 1993 and had it completely restored by Frank Deihl of Heyser Cycles in Laurel, MD. Frank was a very well know Brit bike restorer. I titled it in 1996 and rode it only for 140 miles. I took it off the road to correct a problem with the rear(?) wheel rubbing, which I never did.

The condition of the engine and mechanics are unknown, but it ran great when I took it off the road and it has been garaged the whole time — it has not spent a day outside since I bought it. The bike is complete and original. The frame, which was straight to begin with, was powder coated, and that looks great. There was new or rebuilt everything back in 1993 but rust has developed on the chrome on the fenders and wheels and there is a little bit on the right side of the gas tank. The instruments were rebuilt, the seat was replaced (still looks good), the carbs rebuilt, etc. This will be a great bike for someone who knows what he is doing. The Maryland title is clean — only my name is on the front, no lien, and nothing is on the back (no fill ins, marks, erasures, etc). Photos of title on request. Comes with the original BSA “Instruction Manual”.
